1. Purpose

This policy outlines the shipping terms for products sold by Anivéra, in accordance with applicable laws in Quebec, including the Consumer Protection Act (RLRQ c. P-40.1).


2. Delivery Area

We deliver throughout Quebec and Canada.

Some remote, rural, or northern areas may require special conditions or additional delays.
For any international delivery requests, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Processing and Shipping Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard delivery areas (Quebec and Canada):
    2 to 7 business days depending on the region

  • Remote, rural, or northern regions:
    additional delays may apply


4. Carriers Used

We work with recognized carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and other courier services, depending on the destination and selected delivery method.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at the time of payment based on the destination; shipping is free for any order over $50.

This offer does not apply to remote, rural, or northern regions.
In these cases, applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at the time of payment, based on the destination and carrier.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or on our website.


7. Receipt and Inspection

Please inspect your package upon receipt.
