Cancellation policy for purchase options

Some purchase options offered by Anivéra include recurring payments, automatic deliveries (subscriptions), or pre-orders. This policy explains how to modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

By subscribing to a subscription, you agree to receive repeated deliveries according to the frequency selected at the time of purchase. Renewal is automatic unless canceled.

You can modify, suspend, or cancel your subscription at any time, before the next billing date.

Management of your subscription can be done:

• directly from your customer account on our site, or

• by contacting us at the following address: gestion@anivera.ca

Any modification or cancellation made after processing a payment will apply to the following billing cycles.

No cancellation fee applies.

Pre-orders

When a product is offered for pre-order, it may be an item temporarily out of stock or whose availability is expected later.

Depending on the case, payment may be:

• made at the time of the order, or

• authorized and then processed later when the product is ready to be shipped.

A pre-order can be canceled before the order is processed.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will then be subject to our return and refund policy.
